In a break

Well... I' m speechless!

Im Portugal, we have an adage that says something like this:

«There is no hunger that does not give in abundance».

That's what i' m feeling.

In the last days, i weren' t thinking about study visits; i have been thinking about learning events on eTwinning and about reseach projects.

In a few days, i had in my hands, at least, 4 projects!

This has been very interesting and hectic and my languages skills have been improved (a little bit). But i' m feeling confortable and this is nice.

I' ll be back to report on projects that i really will attend.

2nd and the following steps

- Risk all the visits in Portugal because we can't apply for them. They must be out of our country. However, i wrote a few at my book; maybe i can take part of some out of the LLP.

- Mark those i like most. There are many interesting titles, so it wasn't easy! Anyway, i marked more or less 20.

- Identify the local of the selected visits to understand how far is the airport. That's because when  i thing of traveling all by my self i'm not confortable about changing planes and complicated things like that. (Oh Victory, help me with the grammar!....)

- Delete the visits of the first round because i think the weather could be to too cold with rainstorms or snowfalls.

Right now, i have a small number of study visits.

I decide to apply for the second round: March to June 2011.

1st Step

Read all the titles of the study visits.

There are many titles but i love titles, so, it's not a hard task for me!

And this step, i already did.

About the visits

When you look at the first time for the catalogue you think «Oh, so many visits!! (they are about 2 hundreds and something); how can i choose just one or two?»

Then i thought: «i must do it step by step».

That's what i' ve been doing.

A nice coffee

I' ve been reading the official documents from LLP, like the programme annoucement, the LLP guide and the catalogue, of course.

Today, I went out for a coffee with a closest friend.

She is an expert on LLP, mainly because she's very good in english.

When i don' t understand very well something, i think a little bit about  it and then, i usually talk to her and my doubts disappear.

This afternoon, i told her about my ideas and my choices and i was very happy because i realized that i already thought about many things by myself.

Next post, i' ll write about my choices.

Working on

I'm working on my web's organization.

My office in the Internet is renew and My PALV is ok, for now.

Right away, I must return to the ideas and to the papers as the catalogue of the study visits 2010/ 2011.

Next goal: chose the study visit that I would like to do on the LLP.

Here I am

This is not my first experience on Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP), PALV in portuguese (Programa Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida).

But it's my first experience on writting about it on Internet.

What's the purpose of this blog?

I intend to write down my doubts, wishes, decisions, ideas, projects, fears, achievements and things like that.

Right now, I am in the beginning of a process that could reach a new experience on LLP.

I' m not sure if I will fill the form to go in a study visit for education traning specialists, but I 'm thinking about it.

Meanwhile, I' m trainning my english!
